• Mounted Clinic Sun 20th Pony Clubbers instructors from Sat 19th - FREE, Other Pony Club members $30/rider
• Stabling $20 per night

PURPOSE

1) Training for prospective Assistant Horse Management Judges and

2) Horse Management Education for GLR Pony Club members

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Everyone who wants to learn more about USPC Horse Management, and for new Pony Club members and parents, it is particularly important for you to attend, to get some hands-on information and knowledge.

Any Pony Clubber rated C1 or above, or any interested adults are encouraged to attend the AHMJ training. We need more AHMJs for our rallies and we need more HM expertise in our home clubs! Don't be afraid to be a AHMJ, we won't get you in over your head, and we won't make you savrifice an entire weekend at a rally (unless you want to!)

AN ADDED BENEFIT FOR C1 AND ABOVE PONY CLUBBERS - if you help teach at the HM clinic on Saturday, you may ride in a mounted clinic with Karen Marcotte on Sunday, April 20th for free. If there is a extra space, others may sign up to ride Sunday, for $30 per person.

Lodging - there is a bunkroom on site for a limited few who may wish to stay overnight with their horses. Contact Ellen for info. 

DIRECTIONS:

• From the west or south - take I-69 to M-60 (near Tekonsha). Go east on M-60. Pass through village of Homer, continue east to Van Wert Toad (also 30 mile Rd or County Line Rd). Turn south on Van Wert and go 2 miles to howard Rd (Howard only goes to the left/east. Turn left and go 1/2 mile to Liberty Hill Quarter Horses on the right side.
• From the north - from I-94 and I-69, go south and I-69 and follow directions as above.
• From the east - take M-60 west from Jackson. Continue west to Van Wert Rd (also 30 Mile Rd or County Line Rd). Turn south/left onto Van Wert and follow for 2 miles. Turn left/east on Howard Rd. Go 1/2 mile to Liberty Hill Quarter Horses on right.
